We moved and discontinued services ($650 monthly charge)in February.They made the transfer of numbers SO difficult that it took us 3 months to get all our numbers ported.
They continued to charge me for all services even though the internet was the first thing we disconnected. They said I subscribed to a package and they couldn't prorate it. BUNK. It's June and I just got another DEBIT on my account for the full monthly Charge.
Now I am supposed to CALL BACK to remind them to credit my account on June 20!!!
I can't wait to get beyond Cbeyond.
